Q. How do you define an ugly sweater?
A. Ugly Sweater (noun): An overly-gaudy garment that is often adorned with large aplique or knitted cartoon-like figures. The more beading, bells, buttons and sequins - the uglier!

SHIPPING

Q. How quickly do you ship sweaters once an order is placed?
A. We ship Monday through Friday. It is our goal to ship your order within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail notification when your sweater has been shipped that includes a tracking number.

Q. How quickly will my sweater be delivered?
A. You can choose the shipping method during the check-out process that best meets your timing needs. Rates will vary, but estimated times are... Domestic USPS Priority 3-4 days USPS Express 1-2 days

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, international shipping is available. Please email us for a price estimate. Estimated delivery times for international orders are below: International USPS International Priority 6-10 days USPS International Express 3-5 days

A. Yes. A tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed.

Q. Do you accept returns?

Q. How does the Ugly Sweater Store size their sweaters?
A. We determine a universal size for our sweaters so that they fit both men and women. We are confident that they are sized appropriately, but if they are a little snug or too baggy, just remember that it makes the sweater even uglier!

Q. I see a sweater I like - do you have it in a different size?
A. Not likely. All of our sweaters are one-of-a-kind.
