All sales are final. No returns. 

We DO ship internationally. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, which is calculated based on your zip code and weight of shipment. 

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. 

We do not ship sweaters November 23-27 in observance of Thanksgiving. 

We do not ship sweaters December 23-26 in observance of Christmas. 

Our sweaters are a universal size for men and women. We are confident that they are sized appropriately, but if they are a little snug or too baggy then they are just that much uglier!
