Holiday Orders
If you'd like your sweater to be shipped before Christmas, please purchase your ugly sweater by Wednesday, Dec. 23 at noon CST. We'll resume shipping on Monday, December 28th.
How to Order
Find something really ugly, then click on the hyperlink.
If it says its sold...then its not available so you should start looking for something just as ugly! If there's an Add to Cart button, click on that to add it to your Google Shopping Cart. It's safe, secure and super easy. The rest should be self explanatory.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping. The shipping cost is calculated based on your zip code & weight of purchase then is added to your order during the checkout process. You can estimate your shipping cost at the United States Postal Service site. Most sweaters weight about 2 lbs.
Sweater orders made before 4 p.m. CST will be processed same-day. Orders after that time are processed the next day.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail (a 2-3 day service) or USPS Express Mail (a 1-2 day service), which are both options at checkout. If you need it faster, contact us via e-mail at uglysweaterstore@gmail.com and we can arrange a FedEx overnight shipment, which will be invoiced separately.
We DO ship internationally, but it requires a special electronic invoice. Please email us at uglysweaterstore@gmail.com with a URL link to the sweater you would like to purchase and your mailing address. We will contact you to finalize the order.
Sizing
Our ugly sweaters are a universal size for men and women. We are confident that they are sized appropriately, but if they are a little snug or too baggy that just makes the sweaters look uglier.
Returns
All sales are final.
